Mealworms (Tenebrio):
They are the larvae of the tenebrionid beetle. They are highly nutritious
(rich in vitamins A and B) and valued for feeding various birds, large frogs,
and reptiles. They feed on oatmeal, whole wheat flour, cornmeal, etc. Start
with at least one large culture.
