Vinegar EELS/Wine EELS (Turbatrix Aceti):
They are raised in a mixture of apple cider
vinegar, water, and small pieces of apple. The eels can live in pure water (advantage) but
will not multiply. They are about the size of microworms. Established cultures can be put
aside and remain after several months of total neglect!
